In the past, people all knew how tiring it was to make a complaint. Your feedback would have to go through layers and layers of processing and approval before it could get to the final recipient. Then you’ll need to wait for weeks or even months to get the answer. And this is the luck of you that your complaint didn’t get lost somewhere in the middle. Because of this, people sometimes don’t want to get involved and are willing to take the loss to save their time and energy. If that issue is not particularly big, then it’s not worth the effort. So people will just let it go.
But things have changed now. Ordinary people and big corporations can interact easily and quickly through social media. Twitter here, to be specific. Now, people no longer need a strong-worded letter to file their complaints. A funny tweet can do the job much better. Excellent humor and wordplay can make your tweet quickly become known by a lot of people. And the words will keep echoing ’til the whole world can hear them. We have here some examples of this snowball effect where humorous people take the big brands down. Scroll down to check them out and have some good laughs.
