Chris Evans is excited to become a dad!
Even though he and Alba Baptista have only been married for a short time, a source revealed that they are both eager to start a family soon.
“They’re actively trying for their first baby!” the source shared with a magazine. “Chris is in his 40s and feels a strong urgency to start a family, while Alba absolutely loves kids.
Although she enjoys her acting career, she often says that if she weren’t in this field, she would have pursued something related to children.”
The insider also mentioned that the couple “agreed not to waste any time” in starting their family.
“They’re eagerly looking forward to becoming a family of three,” the source added.
From the beginning, the couple’s relationship has been quite private. Their wedding in September 2023 was a surprise, taking place in Massachusetts with only a select few in attendance.
Notably, several of Chris Evans’ Marvel co-stars, including Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth, were present to celebrate the occasion.
The following month, the actor confirmed his marriage, describing the wedding as “really, really great.”
“We actually had two ceremonies—one on the East Coast and another in Portugal,” he shared, calling the events “wonderful and beautiful.”
