Kids grow up so fast that we can not realize them after a few years. If you are a big fan of movies and TV shows from the 2000s – 2010s, you will not feel strange with cute little faces starring in those dramas and series. Nonetheless, in a blink of an eye, we step onto the 2020s. The senior popular names in the entertainment industry appear to age. Then, of course, the young generations are rising.
From time to time, we are reminded of our favorite child actors and wonder what they are doing now. Many of them bounce high thanks to their lovely kid roles and even mark their names in other realms like fashion, art, music, and so on. Because they used to be a memorable part of our souvenirs, we hope they are successful, healthy, and happy.

He was most notable as Raul Garcia in Doc (2001–2004) and Ty Ventura in Maid in Manhattan (2002). As an adult, he is best known for playing the central character Scott McCall in the MTV series Teen Wolf.
#2. Freddie Highmore

He is known for his starring roles beginning as a child, in the films Finding Neverland (2004), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), August Rush (2007), and The Spiderwick Chronicles (2008). In 2017, Highmore began producing and starring as Dr. Shaun Murphy in the famous series The Good Doctor.

He is best known for his role as Mike Teavee in the 2005 film, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. In 2017, he appeared in the movie Byrd and the Bees as Ewan, a supporting character.

The Violet girl is an actress, model, and singer now. She received wider recognition and praise for playing the lead role of Carrie Bradshaw in the series The Carrie Diaries (2013–2014). In 2019, she played the role of Lacey in the Hulu miniseries The Act.
#5. Tayla Parx (Taylor Parks)

Parks played the role of Little Inez in the 2007 musical movie Hairspray and the television series Gilmore Girls, Everybody Hates Chris, Carpoolers, Bones, and Victorious. Now, she works majorly in music: singing and songwriting.
#6. Rachel Covey

In 2007, she appeared in the Disney movie Enchanted as Morgan Philip, the young daughter. She graduated from Northwestern University in 2020. Painting Faye Salvez, a full-length musical written and scored by Covey, joined the New York Musical Festival (NYMF)’s 2017 Festival.
#7. Amandla Stenberg

She was included in Time’s list of Most Influential Teens in both 2015 and 2016. Stenberg had her breakthrough playing Rue in the film The Hunger Games (2012). In 2021, Stenberg was cast in the main role for the upcoming Star Wars series The Acolyte.
#8. Willow Shields

Following her stint as Prim in The Hunger Games, Willow Shields expanded her career with Into the Rainbow, The Unsettling, and the Netflix series Spinning Out. The actress also competed on Season 14 of Dancing With the Stars in 2015, becoming the youngest contestant ever at 14.
#9. Asa Butterfield

Butterfield achieved recognition as the lead role in The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (2008). He continued to star in Hugo (2011), Ender’s Game (2013), X+Y (2014), and the fantasy Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children (2016). In 2019, Butterfield began portraying the lead of the Netflix series Sex Education.
#10. Chloë Grace Moretz

She began acting as a child, with early roles in Desperate Housewives, 500 Days of Summer (2009), Diary of a Wimpy Kid (2010), and Hugo (2011). In 2021, she appeared in the live-action/animated film Tom & Jerry.
#11. Nicole Crimi

She is best known for her role as Kylie George, in “Mean Girls” (2004), as well as her roles in Odyssey 5 (2002) and In the Stars (2006). Nicole began selling her paintings in 2012 when she founded her company, “Nicole Crimi Art”. She began medical school at McMaster in 2019.
