When watching films, we often feel that everything just appears so easy. It’s like the story was just meant to be pulled together that way, and every other detail just filled into place. However, the reality is far different. Filmmaking is a long and arduous process unlike any other. It requires the efforts of everyone in the film crew, from the director to the cast. Filmmakers must, among other things, consider every single aspect of a scene, whether it is small or big. And they do this not only for the Easter eggs but also for the benefit of the overall story.

#1 Laurie and Joe constantly exchange outfits in Little Women (2019).

Laurie and Joe frequently exchanged clothes in Little Women, which was a notable costume choice. To demonstrate how closely they were connected, the costume designer purposefully made this swap.
#2 Joker in The Dark Knight frequently licked his lips due to Heath Ledger’s prosthetic scars.

The Joker‘s habit of lip-licking throughout The Dark Knight was one of his most recognizable traits. But because Heath Ledger needed to lick his lips frequently to maintain the position of the prosthetic scars, this was incorporated into the movie. Although it wasn’t intended, it was kept since it fit the character so well.
#3 Umbridge’s outfits in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix turn darker as she becomes more evil.

In Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix, a secret fact furthers the Harry Potter world. The color of pink Umbridge wears likewise darkens as the film goes on as her character’s evilness increases.
#4 In Monty Python and the Holy Grail, knitted yarn is used to create the chainmail.

The “chainmail” the actors wore in Monty Python and the Holy Grail was actually merely knitted yarn, as several fans of the comedy film have pointed out. This was also verified as true by the filmmakers.
#5 The jacket worn by Courteney Cox’s character in Scream and Lisa Kudrow’s character in Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion are similar.

In addition to being Friends co-stars, Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox also had a surprising thing in common: a red jacket that both of their characters wore in different films. In Scream, Cox was seen wearing the jacket which Kudrow wore in Romy and Michele‘s High School Reunion.
