As he has been playing the role of Wolverine in the X-Men series for the last 24 years since the launch of its first movie, the rumors about Jackman’s character playing with the Avengers cannot be ignored.
Express has written that Marvel Studios has apparently asked Hugh Jackman to reprise his role for Avengers: Secret Wars, to which both he and Tobey Maguire are supposed to reprise their role in the movie as Spider-Man.
While these lead veteran actors and characters in the movie are much appreciated and respected within the Avengers, their adaptation in the MCU can also be challenging for the acceptance of the narrative arc for Wolverine and Spider-Man.
