The majority of people believe that show business and cosmetic surgery go together, and they can’t be blamed for it. After all, there are a slew of superstars that adhere to a set of aesthetic standards that are far from real— or genuine. And, in order to comply with these, they frequently feel compelled to undergo surgery as many times as necessary. However, it’s crucial to remember that other celebrities, as powerful as they are, are pushed to recognize that they will get old and that their bodies will age. They value healthy bodies.
As we wanted to raise awareness about this positive new trend that demonstrates how acceptance can also be a choice, we compiled a list of 11 celebrities who have declined to have plastic surgery.
1. Julia Roberts

She possesses one of Hollywood’s most endearing grins and is one of the few celebs who has avoided plastic surgery. “I want my kids to know when I’m pissed, when I’m happy, and when I’m confounded.” When Roberts was interviewed by People magazine after becoming the new face of Lancome’s ad campaign, she said, “Your face tells a story and it shouldn’t be a story about your drive to the doctor’s office.”

The Oscar winner and star of the film The Queen looks stunning at 75. Her beauty, however, has nothing to do with cosmetic surgery. It’s more about experimenting with makeup and cutting her own hair. “I didn’t want that unrecognizable face with the overly smooth skin. I’ve been edited in movie posters, and when I look at them, I think to myself, ‘It’s all very well, and I do look very good, but it’s not me at all. “It’s some sort of superstructure up there,” the actress said in an interview with The Daily Mail in the United Kingdom. Her sole recent operation, she claims, was tattooing her brows, which she claims improved her confidence to new heights.
3. Winona Ryder

Winona Ryder is another actress who is at ease in her own skin, regardless of her age, and has no plans to undergo plastic surgery, at least not that we are aware of. She does, however, understand the strain that actors and actresses face in this regard. The actress from Edward Scissorhands wishes to avoid surgery because, in her own words, she enjoys growing older and has awaited her older appearance for a long time.
4. Tina Fey

Tina Fey, famous comedian and screenwriter, claims she enjoys the challenge of aging and changing appearances. She admits to being perplexed by the trend of removing all signs of aging before they are even seen. She also claims that she chooses not to utilize Botox as a magical cure-all and instead focuses on staying in shape.

Annie Hall revealed in an interview with People magazine that she has a wonderful approach for determining who has undergone plastic surgery and who hasn’t. It simply just examining their hands, and if they differ in size from their face, the person has most likely undergone surgery at some point. Despite her adamant opposition to surgery, she does not ignore her appearance. Instead, it demonstrates that her beauty secrets, such as exercising and not coloring her hair to brighten up her face, are effective.
6. Brigitte Bardot

Brigitte Bardot, the former face of French fashion, has constantly refused plastic surgery, making it evident that her days as an international celebrity were finished when she completed her final film in 1973. Today, the actress is dedicated to the struggle for animal rights, and on her 86th birthday, she realized one of her lifelong ambitions: to ensure that humans treat animals with respect.
7. Rachel Hunter

Hunter says she feels frightened when she looks at images of herself, despite being a model and appearing on the covers of the most prominent fashion publications. And this is despite the fact that she is happy with her appearance in real life. When she began working on the television series Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty, her image of herself shifted.
8. Amanda Peet

In an interview with People magazine, Dirty John actress Amanda Peet stated that one of the main reasons she would never undergo plastic surgery is because of her daughters. She goes on to say that we’re all going to have wrinkles, so instead of attempting to hide our aging bodies, we should embrace them. Of course, this does not imply that Peet is unconcerned with his appearance. She continues to use teeth whitening, hair colouring, and anti-aging lotions.
9. Pink

“Dear Me, you’re getting older,” Pink said on her Twitter account in a sort of reminder note to herself. I notice lines. Especially if you’re smiling. Your nose is becoming bigger. As you adjust to this new reality, you appear (and feel) strange. However, your nose resembles that of your children, and your face wrinkles when you laugh.” According to her own remarks, the singer and composer prefers to accept the natural aging process over plastic surgery.
10. Judi Dench

The British actor and writer supports natural aging and opposes any forms of cosmetic surgery. She did, however, admit to considering surgery at one point. Every time I travel to America, I wonder if there’s some mechanism where it could all be sucked out and I could be there in time for supper,” said the Oscar winner after her stunning performance in Shakespeare in Love.
11. Jennifer Aniston

Aniston agrees with some of the women on this list that people in the entertainment industry are under pressure to slow down time. She also states that she doesn’t shoot anything into her face because ladies may look young and lovely in other ways. Hydration, facial massages, and moisturizers are some of the things she says.
Furthermore, the actress believes that fashion’s beauty standards should be expanded to encompass people of all ages, not simply beautiful 20-year-old ladies.
