Charlie Cox is set to make a major return as Matt Murdock in the upcoming series Daredevil: Born Again. During a panel at FAN EXPO Chicago, Cox expressed his desire to see his character team up with Spider-Man, played by Tom Holland.
He said, “Spider-Man and Daredevil together is so iconic. I hope we get to work together again.”
Cox and Holland previously shared the screen in Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Cox made a surprise cameo as Daredevil. Although Daredevil and Spider-Man didn’t team up in that film, Cox’s appearance linked Daredevil to the MCU and paved the way for new projects.

Cox also appeared as Daredevil in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. At FAN EXPO Chicago, he hinted at wanting to join the Avengers, potentially appearing in upcoming films like Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
Although he hasn’t been officially announced for these movies, it’s possible he might be involved.
In Daredevil: Born Again, Cox will be joined by Vincent D’Onofrio, who reprises his role as Wilson “Kingpin” Fisk. D’Onofrio has previously returned as Kingpin in Hawkeye and Echo.
The series will also feature other returning stars from the original Daredevil show, including Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson), and Jon Bernthal (The Punisher).

The new series will introduce new cast members Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, Genneya Walton, and Arty Froushan.
Dario Scardapane will serve as the showrunner, with Matt Corman and Chris Ord originally set as head writers before Marvel Studios made changes.
Daredevil: Born Again is slated for release on Disney+ in March 2025.
