In 2017, Stephen King fans got what might be one of the finest horror movie remakes ever made. 2017’s It was a massive box-office success. Critics and moviegoers agree that the reboot film’s plot doesn’t do anything too unique for a horror flick, while the powerful cast is what makes the movie so implosive.
Their unique chemistry and the spectacular way they delivered their lines cemented the young actors’ careers in a highly competitive industry. After five years, they have harvested several other successes on the big and small screen.

#1. Jaeden Martell (Young Bill Denbrough)

After this starring role, Martell became part of the ensemble cast of Knives Out, where he plays Jacob Thrombey. He also played a starring role in the TV mini-series Defending Jacob, where he plays the son of an assistant DA’s son who gets charged with murder.
#2. Jack Dylan Grazer (Young Eddie Kaspbrak)

After It, Jack co-starred as Freddy Freeman in the DCEU film, Shazam! and Shazam! Fury of the God. He also appeared in Disney Pixar’s Luca, where he does the voice acting for Alberto, one of the film’s main characters.
#3. Jeremy Ray Taylor (Young Ben Hanscom)

Taylor really enjoyed the horror genre: since his role in It, he has been part of the cast of Are You Afraid of the Dark? remake, and also appeared in the Goosebumps film sequel. Plus, he has delved into directing his own films, beginning with the upcoming short film, Unarmed Divide.

Sophia Lillis has proved to be a truly magnificent starlet. Ever since It, Lillis has acted in some indie dramas. She’s also set to star in an upcoming film adaptation of the popular game Dungeons & Dragons – Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves (2023).
#5. Jackson Robert Scott (Georgie Denbrough)

As the youngest actor in the 2017 version of It, Jackson Robert Scott hopefully has a long promising career ahead of him. Recently, the actor can be seen in the Disney+ MCU series WandaVision, and the Netflix drama-horror show, Locke & Key.
#6. Wyatt Oleff (Young Stanley Uris)

Wyatt Oleff reprised his role in the IT sequel through flashbacks. Additionally, Oleff has appeared in both Guardians of the Galaxy films as the younger version of Peter Quill. Other than that, the actor has been busy on independent projects and also directed his own short film, Writer’s Block.
#7. Chosen Jacobs (Young Mike Hanlon)

The young actor has recently been seen in the dramedy series God Friended Me. He also joined Bill Skarsgård in a recurring role on Castle Rock, where he plays the role of Wendell Deaver.
#8. Finn Wolfhard (Young Richie Tozier)

Finn Wolfhard had already made a name for himself thanks to the success of Stranger Things. He has been busy starring in movies like How It Ends and The Turning. He also appeared in Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Besides, he has been expanding into other areas of the entertainment business, having directed two short films and working with his band, Calpurnia.
