The lingering shirtless scene has become a trademark in Marvel movies and TV shows. These actors’ solid, muscular bodies are adored, admired, and envied by numerous audiences. Have you ever tried to build six-packed abs or put on some muscles? You know how hard body transformation is after several weeks of intensive workouts.

Those Hollywood men endured the whole remodeling process and appeared on the big screen with everybody’s admiration. Some even were not supposed to be able to look that attractive. Before entering MCU, they were skinny or overweight. After getting hired, they look so different.

So, if you wonder what it would take to be an MCU hero (or villain), we are excited to tell you about the surprising appearance-upgrading procedures that Marvel stars went through. Here we go!
