Marvel Studios has faced some challenges recently, with their last few films not performing as well as expected.
In fact, The Marvels ended up being the studio’s lowest-grossing film. But with this new success, it’s likely we’ll see more of Logan (Hugh Jackman) and Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) teaming up in the future.
As for Joker, Todd Phillips’ sequel Folie à Deux is set to hit theaters this October, and it could still have a shot at reclaiming the R-rated box office crown.
