Summary:
- Marvel hasn’t confirmed She-Hulk Season 2, but producer Wendy Jacobson hints at exploring Jennifer Walters’ life or taking her into space.
- Fans remain hopeful. Meanwhile, Deadpool & Wolverine premieres on July 26th.
It has been almost two years since the debut of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Marvel Studios’ live-action Disney+ series that brought Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk (Tatiana Maslany) to a wider audience.
As of now, She-Hulk has not been renewed for another season, and Maslany has not been confirmed for any future MCU projects. However, fans are eager to see what’s next for the character.
In a conversation with ComicBook about Deadpool & Wolverine, She-Hulk producer Wendy Jacobson shared some intriguing ideas for continuing Jen Walters’ story, ranging from the bizarre to the everyday.
“I don’t know the answer to that question,” Jacobson said. “If we do more She-Hulk… What I love about She-Hulk is exploring this character’s everyday life. It’s about a woman in her thirties navigating her career, friendships, and life while also having the ability to turn into a Hulk.
I’d love to delve deeper into that. There’s also a comic run where she goes into space to adjudicate cases for the Living Tribunal. So, I either want to stay very grounded in L.A. or take her out into the multiverse or universe.”
Will She-Hulk Get a Season 2?
There are many questions about the future of Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially since Tatiana Maslany has not been confirmed to reprise her role and a second season hasn’t been officially announced.
Earlier this year, Maslany mentioned she doesn’t think She-Hulk will get a second season, but her previous comments have been somewhat misleading.
“I don’t think so,” Maslany said. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like ‘no thanks.’
