The successful original television show Saints & Sinners has been renewed for the last season by Bounce. The last season will consist of eight episodes, with the first episode airing at 8 p.m. The first episode will run on Sunday, April 3, with the next seven episodes running weekly after that, according to the channel.
“Saints & Sinners has been a breakout success, attracting a loyal fanbase and taking them on a rollercoaster ride every season,” said David Hudson, chief of original programming for Bounce and an executive producer. “It was the No. 1 most-watched program on television, beating such shows as The $100,000 Pyramid on ABC, What Just Happened? (Fox), Instinct (CBS), and Big Little Lies (HBO) in the delivery of African Americans 18-49

Saints & Sinners is a drama set in a huge Southern church that revolves around the quest for power, which is complicated by greed, fraud, hypocrisy, problematic sexual encounters, and murder. Vanessa Bell Calloway and Clifton Powell lead the cast, with Tray Chaney, Christian Keyes, Karlie Redd, Jasmine Burke, Keith Robinson, J.D. Williams, Dawn Halfkenny, Ashani Roberts, Donna Biscoe, and Kaye Singleton rounding out the cast.
Saints & Sinners is co-produced by Eric Tomosunas and Ron Robinson of Swirl Film (Behind the Movement: The Rosa Parks Story). The series’s showrunner and executive producer is Nigel Campbell.
Saints & Sinners seasons 1-5 are accessible on Brown Sugar, Bounce’s SVOD service, with final-season episodes being uploaded every Monday after their Bounce broadcasts.
