Summary:
- A rumor insists that a young version of Peter Parker will appear in Tom Hardy’s Venom: The Last Dance, causing uproar in the Marvel community.
- This version of Peter is only 10 years old, which means he hasn’t acquired the arachnid powers just yet.
- The leak also suggests that Eddie and Venom will befriend this Peter, and protect him from a horde of new villains, such as The Jury and Toxin.
There have been several leaks about the potential plot of Venom: The Last Dance, which, as the title suggests, is the last solo movie of Tom Hardy in the Sonyverse. But this one recent leak may be the biggest of all.
On X, the YouTuber @3CFilmss posted a video that revealed a shocking twist to the upcoming Venom title: Peter Parker will be a part of the movie, just not in the role that we all expected.

According to the YouTuber, Peter Parker will appear in Venom 3, but it will be his 10-year-old version, who has yet to acquire the power of Spider-Man. Therefore, anyone who expects an epic showdown between Peter’s Spidey and Eddie Brock‘s Venom in the upcoming threequel might find the news disappointing.
In that, it’s said Venom sets out to kill a 10-year-old Peter Parker in an effort to avoid suffering the same fate as many of his Multiversal Variants: death at the hands of Spider-Man. Instead, Eddie bonds with the kid and decides not to kill him.
According to the leak, after returning from Earth-616, Venom initially wants to kill the young Peter, intending to prevent the tragic future that every other Venom has faced across the multiverse: Death by Spider-Man’s hands. However, the plot thickens when Venom, forms a bond with young Peter instead, and opts against harming the lad.
The story then escalates as Eddie Brock and Venom find themselves pitted against various villains such as Toxin, The Jury, and a new cadre of symbiote. The duo will have to find a way to defeat all these villains, while protecting the young Peter Parker from harm as well.
Of course, this leak so far is only a rumor, and both Marvel and Sony have yet to confirm it. Therefore, it’s best to take it with a grain of salt, though the rumor is quite interesting on its own.
So far, Marvel fans have been complaining about the lack of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Sony’s recent movies. As a result, recent titles such as Morbius and Madame Web flop badly, and people fear the same outcome will happen to Kraven the Hunter. Therefore, the entire Marvel fandom is on their feet when they hear the rumors that Peter Parker will appear in Venom 3, since the two have been arch-enemies way back in the comics.
However, even if Peter Parker appears in Venom 3, he will only appear as his younger self, just like the baby variant in Madame Web earlier this year. So far, there has been no confirmation about whether Spider-Man will make his way to the Sonyverse or not, nor which actor between Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, or Tom Holland will portray the Sony version of the Web-Slinger.
Venom: The Last Dance, co-written by Tom Hardy and director Kelly Marcel, with Marcel also handling screenplay duties, is being produced by Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, and Hutch Parker. The film is slated for release on October 25 this year.
