With the return of Impractical Jokers, Turner’s TNETs are going big. The business planned an April simulcast of a supersized special throughout all three of its networks — TBS, TNT, and truTV — for the first time since star Joe Gatto announced his departure from the comic group.
It will be the first time the truTV show airs on all of its networks at the same time.
Following the NCAA Men’s Final Four on Saturday, April 2, the episode will air.
Brian “Q” Quinn, James “Murr” Murray, and Sal Vulcano will hang out with Eric André, the star of Bad Trip.
Impractical Jokers Casts
It comes as a new season of the program is now under development, with new episodes starring various famous guests set to air this summer.
Vector Management’s Jack Rovner and Dexter Scott, UTA’s Martin Lesak, Jason Heyman, and Nick Nuciforo, and Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman’s Danny Passman are representing Quinn, Murray, and Vulcano.
